If for any reason you are not happy with the product supplied by Leavesware Australia, please send it back to us in the original packaging, with your order number, copy of tax invoice and a note explaining the reasons for return out postal address.
Leavesware Australia will refund the price on receipt of the returned products. The product must be returned within 14 days to get the refund. We will not refund if the products were damaged after the delivery or once customers or their representatives have taken possession. We shall also not refund if the products are taken off the original packaging or tax invoice is missing.
If products are received in a damaged condition, customers must immediately inform us with photographic evidence. In such case, customers can either request replacement of the products at no extra shipment cost or refund of the price of the products.
