We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Our team will deliver within Adelaide metropolitan area where we use Australia Post service for rest of Australia. We do not ship to outside of Australia.
Delivery time may will depend on parcel handling time and kind of postage service selected. The delivery process can be initiated only once the full payments for the purchased products and/or services are made and cleared.
The cost of shipping is detailed in the ordering process. The estimated dispatch and delivery date will be stated in the ordering process. The delivery date will depend on, the selected shipping option and delivery point, as well as the time of payment.
The Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address specified in “Shipping Information” in the Store Checkout or provided through other payment methods. And if incorrect delivery address was provided during checkout or customers’ representative has taken possession of the parcel, we shall not be responsible for any losses incurred thereby. We will not be responsible for any damages to product and/or services after delvery. We cannot deliver to PO Box.
For any Australia Post deliveries, if no one is home at the time, usually the driver will contact you to confirm the alternative delivery address or will leave a note for you so the parcel can be pickup by you from the nearest Post Office. Please leave your best contact phone number so the driver can confirm delivery time if applicable.
If customer fails to take possession of the product either at delivery or from designated Post Office within reasonable timeframe, Leavesware Australia retians the right to charge additional cost for re-shipment and parcel handling.
There are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of the control of our delivery partners can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
